Who is Tamoah?

Hi

I’m what you might call a modern-day Medicine Woman and a lifelong student of the soul’s wisdom — trained in the old ways, guided by the stars, and grounded in decades of hands-on healing work.

My work weaves together over three decades of experience in holistic healing, from the ancient roots of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to the intuitive realms of quantum energy, shamanic wisdom, and spiritual psychology. I've studied spirit, body, breath, and the language of the unseen.

But let's rewind for a moment.

I grew up in the Swiss Alps, part of the Romansh minority — raised by mountains, forests, and a mother who once wrapped cabbage leaves around my neck to heal my paralized face (true story — and it worked). That moment at 13 cracked open a portal. I realized there was far more to healing than what we’re told. That Mother Nature was a miracle worker in disguise. That we’re not just bones and skin — we’re stardust, memory, and magic.

Since 1991, I’ve traveled the world to study, practice, and remember. I’ve sat with shamans in South America, trained with a Māori elder in New Zealand, and received my Medicine Woman initiation under the Hawaiian skies from my mentor, Nahi.

Fast forward 30+ years, and here I am — a transformational medium, soul healer, and spiritual guide living in the lush Okanagan Valley of Canada. I don’t just “do healing work.” I walk with you into the sacred, the forgotten, the breathtaking truth of who you are.

I decided to embrace my soul name, Tamoah, after realizing that my birth name (Gerda) could not be pronounced properly by most english speakers, lol...

Along the way, I’ve received many names:

Wisdom of the Wind (First Nations)

La’a Anuenue Momi — Sacred Rainbow Pearl (Hawai’i)

Tamoah Mera — my soul name

Each name carries a story, an initiation, a soul reminder.

One of the most sacred moments of my journey? My Hawaiian mentor, Nahi, holding my head in her hands at the airport upon leaving, tears rolling down her cheeks, whispering again and again:

“You are a Medicine Woman. Don’t EVER forget that.”

So I haven’t.

These days, I guide women through soul remembrance. I help you shed the old skins, rewrite the story, and reclaim your inner radiance — through healing sessions, sacred retreats, spiritual mentorship, and mystical gatherings. You won’t find cookie-cutter rituals here — only what your soul calls forth.

If you’re craving a wild dose of realignment, soul sparkles, grounded wisdom, and maybe a little cosmic giggle along the way... I’m right here, walking beside you.

Let’s journey together.

The sacred remembers you.

And so do I.

Blessings

Tamoah

As we all know how life can test us and bring all sorts of unforeseen circumstances, it is easy to forget who we are in our core if we are not staying the course each single day. But that is a story for another time...

Who is Tamoah?
