Beyond the physical, our therapies shine a light on the emotional and spiritual components necessary for profound and complete well-being.
Pain is a major public health problem and is the most common reason why Americans use complementary and integrative health practices. Conventional care often fails to manage chronic pain effectively, and other approaches to relieve or reduce pain and increase functional ability are needed. Pain management is a key focus of the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health’s research efforts. Conditions such as arthritis, neurological, joints and tissue damage can cause severe pain and reduce quality of life.
Clinical/medical massage therapy is an area of physical medicine and rehabilitation that effectively reverses the aging process and offer people natural treatment options to repair, heal and correct the root of the problem, restore normal range of motion (ROM) and body’s functions in general. Pain management without opioids & therapeutic exercises is the key to keeping your body working. The cost of living has risen every day more and more, healthcare is not an exception, visiting a hospital become more expensive, but that is not your only option, we are part of the complementary, alternative and integrative health system https://www.nccih.nih.gov and that can reduces the cost of healthcare and improves the quality of life. Our patients can also be referred by their physician and we can use their insurance “if it is covered by the policy” to pay for the services. We also complement doctor’s treatment where there are not so many options to reduce pain unless the use of opioids or invasive treatments likes injections and surgeries.
Our mission is to help people live a happier, healthier, and longer life without pain, reset their minds and reconnect body-mind-spirit to recover the most perfect functionality. We rehabilitate dysfunctions, educate people to live a proactive life without pain, and reduce the cost of healthcare and rehabilitation time.
