When you use our Services, we may share your personal information with Real Estate Professionals to fulfill your requests. Examples include:

By using our Services and providing your information, you acknowledge and consent to our sharing of your information with Real Estate Professionals for these purposes.

2.3 Real Estate Professionals’ Privacy Practices

IMPORTANT: Once we share your information with Real Estate Professionals, their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for how Real Estate Professionals collect, use, disclose, or protect your personal information.

If you wish to withdraw consent for a Real Estate Professional to use your information, you must contact that professional directly. If you have concerns about a Real Estate Professional’s privacy practices, we encourage you to raise them directly with that professional.

2.4 Opting Out

If you withdraw consent for us to share your information with Real Estate Professionals, we may not be able to provide you with the Services you have requested, as connecting you with real estate professionals is a core function of our Services. Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to be processed. Even after opting out of marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional communications.

8.4 Communications from Real Estate Professionals

When you use our Services, Real Estate Professionals may contact you directly based on the information you provide. These professionals may send you both transactional and marketing communications.

To opt out of communications from a specific Real Estate Professional, you must contact them directly using the unsubscribe mechanism they provide or by contacting them through the contact information they have shared with you. We cannot control or opt you out of communications sent directly by Real Estate Professionals.

We and Real Estate Professionals may communicate with you through various channels, including email, phone calls, text messages (SMS), and in-app messages. You can manage your preferences for different communication channels through your device settings and the methods described above.
