Service scope is defined in the proposal or agreement sent to each client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate information
Grant required access (GHL, email domains, hosting, etc.)
Supply assets such as logos, content, and brand details
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
Delays in providing required access or materials may extend project timelines.

Payments
Payment terms are based on the specific proposal signed by the client.
Work begins only after the initial payment or retainer is received.
All payments are non-refundable because of time and resources allocated.
Subscription or retainer fees must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.
Project Timelines
Timelines are estimates dependent on:
Client responsiveness
Scope complexity
Third-party integrations
Any scope changes may adjust timelines and pricing.
Revisions
Unless stated otherwise, projects include a limited number of revisions:
Minor revisions are included
Major scope changes will incur additional fees
Confidentiality
We commit to keeping all client data confidential including:
CRM contacts
Funnels and workflows
Business strategies
Login credentials
We may sign an NDA upon request.
Ownership of Work
Upon full payment, completed deliverables (funnels, workflows, templates, etc.) become your property.
However:
We retain the right to use anonymous versions for portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise.
Third-party tools (GHL, plugins, integrations) remain their respective owners’ property.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of data due to third-party systems
Downtime on GoHighLevel or hosting providers
Misuse of the platform by the client
Loss of revenue, sales, or business opportunities
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once work has started or access has been granted, including:
Retainer fees
Setup fees
Project fees
Subscription packages
You may disable cookies in your browser.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement.
Payments already made are non-refundable
If a client terminates early, all completed work up to that point will be delivered.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the user’s local jurisdiction unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
