Challenge the Lies: Every time you catch yourself thinking "what I do doesn’t matter," replace it with a truth. Remind yourself that God created you with intention and that your actions have significance. One way to do this is by writing down affirmations and scriptures that speak to your purpose and reviewing them daily. For example, "I am fearfully and wonderfully made. My actions today have meaning and contribute to a greater good."
