Do I have to book an appointment to use the Starter Pack perks?

No formal appointment is required. When you sign up, we’ll email your digital Starter Pack pass and a short style quiz. You can walk in during open hours, show your pass at checkout, and one of our stylists will help you during your visit on a first-come, first-served basis.

What sizes do you carry?

Our inventory changes daily, but we intentionally stock a wide range of sizes across men’s, women’s, and gender-neutral styles. You’ll typically find sizes from XS–3X, with select pieces outside that range depending on recent drops.

Can I bring clothes to sell or trade in?

Yes. We operate as both a thrift and resale boutique. We periodically host buy/trade days where we review pieces for store credit or cash. Join the email list and we’ll notify you of upcoming intake dates and guidelines.

How often do you get new arrivals?

We add new pieces to the floor multiple times a week, with themed drop days for denim, outerwear, dresses, and more. Email list members get first notice and early shopping windows for bigger drops.
