1. Services Provided

Jose’s Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, yard clean-up, property clean-outs, appliance and furniture removal, and construction debris removal services within a 50-mile service area.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Estimates & Pricing

We provide quotes based on the volume, type of materials, labor, and disposal requirements.

The minimum service charge is $160.

Final pricing may vary if the job details differ from the original estimate.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information about the materials to be removed.

Ensure safe and clear access to the removal area.

Remove or secure valuables before service begins.

Jose’s Junk Removal is not responsible for items left inside furniture, boxes, or containers that are removed.

4. Prohibited Items

We may refuse to remove hazardous or restricted materials, including but not limited to:

Chemicals and hazardous waste

Paint (unless agreed in advance)

Asbestos

Explosives or flammable materials

Biohazard materials

If prohibited items are present, additional fees may apply or service may be declined.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take care during removal, Jose’s Junk Removal is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property

Minor incidental damage caused during normal removal operations

Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
