By purchasing a placement through Life in Mont Belvieu, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Advertising Placement

All advertising placements are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one business per category will be accepted for each campaign edition.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure placement. Categories are not considered reserved until payment has been successfully processed.

Proof Approval

• Each participating business will receive a digital proof of their placement prior to printing. A response deadline will be provided with the proof.

• If no response, edits, or approval requests are received by the stated deadline, the proof will be considered approved and will proceed to print as submitted.

• The advertiser is solely responsible for reviewing all submitted materials and proof content, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, phone numbers, website addresses, QR codes, logos, and business information. Life in Mont Belvieu is not liable for errors or omissions not identified by the advertiser during the proofing process.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of advertising placements, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made, except in the event of a material error caused directly by Life in Mont Belvieu.

Campaign Performance Disclaimer

Life in Mont Belvieu does not guarantee any specific business results, including but not limited to increased revenue, leads, website traffic, conversions, or customer growth as a result of participation in this campaign.

Mailing & Distribution

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the planned quantity of mailers are printed and distributed. However, mailing services are performed through third-party providers, including the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Life in Mont Belvieu is not responsible for postal delays, delivery issues, damaged mail, undelivered mailers, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control once materials have been submitted for printing and mailing.

Advertiser Content

Advertisers represent and warrant that they have the legal right to use all submitted content, including logos, trademarks, images, and promotional materials. Advertisers agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.

Life in Mont Belvieu reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertising content at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, Life in Mont Belvieu, its owners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in this advertising campaign.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Life in Mont Belvieu respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide.

• Email address

• Uploaded logos and advertising materials

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal or business information to third parties. Information may be shared with trusted vendors or service providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling campaign operations, including printing and mailing services.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect submitted information; however, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
