Please review the following policies before booking your session.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend your session and do not notify us in advance, it is considered a no-show. In this case, no refunds or credits will be given — you are forfeiting the payment.

Reschedule Policy:

Reschedules within 24 hours are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that availability is limited and a new time slot may not be possible.
