For many years I worked in movement, health, and personal development, teaching in studios, coaching online, and guiding women through lifestyle change.
Over time I realised that most people don’t need more information. They need permission to live differently. To step away from old roles, expectations, and patterns that no longer fit.
My work combines everything I have learned through my own journey and years of working with women - movement, breathwork, fasting, nervous system work, habit change, and honest conversation about life, relationships, work, and purpose. Not as theory, but as lived experience.
At Soul Sanctuary, I create a space where this work can happen without distraction, without pressure, and without pretending. Sometimes I guide. Sometimes I challenge. Sometimes I simply hold the space while you figure things out.
But the goal is always the same to help you come back to yourself and start living on purpose.
