Information the company collects about you

How the company uses your information

If you are logged in as a registered user, your usage information will be associated with your user account so that we can remember your preferences and provide a better experience. Anonymous usage information is viewed in aggregate to identify patterns and statistics that we can learn from to provide better services. Your information is never sold, traded, or bartered with any third party companies. The information we collect is only available to our staff and trusted partners.

Deleting your information

When you are logged in to the website go to the Account menu and choose your name to show your user account settings. At the bottom of this settings page is a Delete Account section with two options to delete your account:

Delete- We’ll delete your account and saved information, but keep you as a potential contact. (You can always ask us to delete this later).

Delete and Forget- Got it. You were never here. We’ll delete all traces of you including from our address book.

You may also call or email us directly using the contact information on our website and we'll be happy to assist you.

Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. How long does an average 2-3 minute video take from start to finish?

From first call to final product, we can turn around professional grade 2-3 minute videos in 4-6 weeks. Rush edits can be completed in 2-3 weeks.

Do you use licensed music and is it an additional cost?

Our production licenses include affordable stock music tracks and sound effects to incorporate in the editing process. Additional music licensing is only necessary if the client requests recognizable commercial songs. In those special cases, licensing costs would be discussed upfront and integrated into the quoted production price.
