ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

Keith is a native of Cherry Point, NC. A veteran of the US Army, after honorable service moved to Virginia Beach to begin his education in Health and Wellness and studies at Liberty University.

I’ve always believed that discipline, teamwork, and resilience are the foundations of both athletics and life. My journey began with three years of military service (1998–2001), where I developed the structure, work ethic, and mental toughness that continue to guide my approach to coaching and training today.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes across Hampton Roads, Virginia, in a wide range of sports—including football, track and field, volleyball, basketball, and boxing. Each sport has given me a unique perspective on athletic performance, from speed and conditioning to strategy and mindset, and I use those insights to help athletes push beyond their limits.

My passion for boxing has taken me even further. As a certified USA Boxing coach and referee, I’ve had the opportunity to work with athletes both in the gym and in the ring, developing their skills while also instilling the values of discipline, respect, and self-control. I strongly believe that boxing—and sports in general—can change lives when approached with the right mindset and guidance.

Whether I’m training a youth athlete just starting their journey, helping a team prepare for competition, or working with someone who simply wants to improve their fitness and confidence, my mission is the same:

To help individuals unlock their potential and perform at their best, both physically and mentally.
