We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, staff availability, or emergencies.
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the property and requested services.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on the scope of work, property size, and service type.
All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.
Failure to complete payment may result in service refusal or legal action.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of EZ Clean Atlanta and only if service standards are not met and reported within 24 hours of service completion.

EZ Clean Atlanta is insured; however, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for normal wear and tear.
