Can I track my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is bottled, packed, and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once your package leaves our shop.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

To secure your date, we require a non-refundable retainer fee. If you need to cancel your event, this retainer is kept to cover the loss of the date. However, if you cancel at least [30/60] days prior to the event, any additional payments made beyond the retainer will be fully refunded.

Do you offer custom branding for corporate events?
