Do I need to be a member to play?

While membership is not mandatory to play pickleball at  Pickleball HQ, it gives players the best chance to get on the court and participate in all of our programs. Members receive a discounted rate on courts and 14 day advance booking.

How do I become a member?

You can join by visiting our membership page and following the instructions to sign up and pay the membership fee.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, members can bring guests for a fee. Guests must follow the same rules and dress code as members. Each player in the group must have a profile in CourtReserve and sign the Assumption of risk and waiver of liability agreement

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Bringing your own equipment is recommended for the best experience. However, we do offer equipment if needed.

How do I reserve a court?

Courts can be reserved through the CourtReserve app or our website. Members can book up to 14 days in advance, while non-members can book up to 4 days in advance.

Are there lessons available?

Yes, we offer lessons, clinics, and private coaching sessions for all skill levels. Check our calendar for more details.

Do you host tournaments and events?

Yes, we host tournaments and social events.

Is there a pro shop on-site?

Yes, our pro shop offers a variety of paddles, balls, apparel, and accessories. Members receive a discount on purchases.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If reservation has not been canceled within the 24 hour window, a regular court fee will be applied. 

Our 24-hour membership cancellation policy allows members to cancel their membership within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel, members must submit their request in writing or via our online portal within the 24-hour window following the initial purchase. If the cancellation is made within this period, the member will not incur any charges, and the membership will be voided. After the 24-hour window, standard cancellation terms will apply, and no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.

Do you offer corporate or private event hosting?

Yes, you can book our facilities for private parties, corporate events, and team-building activities.

How can I stay updated on club news and events?

Follow us on social media for the latest updates and announcements.

Maximum number of people that can rent the court?

Up to 6 people per court.
