Our Service operates distinct marketplaces:

- HOMEKICK Listings: A platform for real estate professionals to publish property listings and for consumers to search for homes and connect with real estate professionals.

- HOMEKICK Services: A marketplace connecting homeowners and home services professionals.

- HOMEKICK Home Warranty: A service providing coverage for home systems and appliances.

- HOMEKICK Mortgage: A service connecting homeowners with mortgage professionals, credit tools and products, insurance products and home inspectors.

Information contained in buyer broker agreements facilitated through our platform is subject to the following:

b) Agreement information may be accessible to both the buyer and the real estate professional who are parties to the agreement.

c) HOMEKICK may use anonymized agreement data for statistical analysis to improve our services and provide market insights.

d) We do not share the specific terms of your agreements with other users or third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

e) Executed agreements may be retained for the period required by applicable real estate regulations and our data retention policies.
