John Haritos is a visionary entrepreneur and strategic investor with over two decades of experience in real estate portfolio acquisition, modular building technologies, and high-yield private investor models. Based between West Hollywood, California and Las Vegas, Nevada, John has carved a niche for himself by combining distressed asset acquisition with precision finance models that generate fast 100% ROI with a Bonus up to 100% within 12 months.

As the founder of 2xROI llc and My City Bed llc, John structures portfolio deals involving 30 to 70 undervalued properties per cycle, primarily in Baltimore, Maryland, acquired at ~20¢ on the dollar. His model transforms distressed homes through light rehabilitation and rapid refinance strategies, creating asset-backed payouts to silent investors within 120 to 180 days, with typical returns of 2× their capital.

Earlier in his career, John spearheaded Unit Solutions Outback, a modular construction platform backed by a $70M intellectual property portfolio and several U.S. and international patents (notably US20110173907A1). His building system introduced scalable, energy-efficient structures ideal for affordable housing, transitional living, and hostel conversions, several of which now form part of his passive-income real estate model My City Bed llc.

Albert Bielstein is a senior international finance executive and strategic advisor with more than 35 years of experience across global banking, capital investment, and executive advisory roles in Europe, the United States, and Asia. Born in Munich, Germany, and based in Hong Kong SAR, he brings a disciplined, global perspective to financial strategy and governance. Albert serves as CEO Advisor and Senior Financial Strategist to 2xROI LLC, advising leadership on financial structure, capital discipline, risk management, and long-term strategic direction. His role includes independent executive oversight to ensure growth initiatives align with investor protection, institutional credibility, and sustainable value creation. Previously, Albert held senior advisory and financial leadership roles with Mediterranean Congra Hong Kong Limited, Unit Solutions Outback Inc., and leading global institutions including UBS Switzerland, Commerzbank, and Munich Re Group. He is widely respected for his financial discipline, independence of judgment, and ability to guide complex organizations toward scalable, high-integrity growth

Aviram Segev (Born in Chicago, Illinois, USA) is a senior construction and operations professional with over 30 years of experience in construction management, workforce coordination, safety compliance, and multi-project execution across the United States and Europe. Since June 2024, Aviram has served as Construction Operations Manager for 2xROI LLC and My City Bed LLC, overseeing multiple concurrent rehabilitation projects in Baltimore, Maryland. His role includes supervising work crews, managing subcontractors, coordinating materials and logistics, and ensuring operational efficiency across active sites. He plays a critical role in maintaining timelines, quality standards, and on-site productivity in high-volume, fast-turnaround environments. Previously, Aviram worked with My City Bed LLC from April 2020 to June 2024, contributing to the execution of its shared-living and hostel-style real estate model. During this period, he supported construction build-outs, managed on-site teams, and helped standardize operational processes for scalable residential conversions. From 2014 to 2020, Aviram was a Safety Specialist at National Trench Safety (NTS), where he enforced construction safety standards, conducted site inspections, and supported compliance across complex excavation and construction projects. Earlier in his career, he served as Operations Manager at the New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) from 1999 to 2013, and as a Supervisor at the Taub Center in the Netherlands from 1989 to 1999, building a strong foundation in operational leadership and team supervision. Aviram is known for his hands-on leadership, operational discipline, and ability to manage people, processes, and projects with precision, making him a key contributor to the execution-driven strategy of 2xROI LLC and My City Bed LLC
