Dr. Lauren Seo is an orthopedic spine surgeon who combines advanced surgical skill with a deeply compassionate approach to care. She specializes in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery, helping patients in San Francisco and Marin County return to active, pain-free lives.

Dr. Seo completed her medical degree and orthopedic surgery residency at NYU, followed by a prestigious combined Orthopedic–Neurosurgical Spine Fellowship at Duke University. Dr. Seo has spoken internationally and authored book chapters on minimally invasive spine techniques. She went on to complete advanced training in uniportal and biportal endoscopic spine surgery during a fellowship in South Korea, where these cutting-edge methods were pioneered.

Known for her personalized and holistic approach, Dr. Seo takes time to understand each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle.
