EVICTIONS

The process of eviction can be frustrating and stressful. It may also be difficult for landlords to take back their property if they are not experienced in the eviction process or lows. It is important that everything is completed and performed accurately the first time.

We assist with:

- Preparing and serve notice (3, 30, 60, and 90 days)

- Preparing and filling the Unlawful Detainer

- Process Service-Serving the Tenant with the Eviction

- We file an entry of default or Notice of Trial (which is ever necessary)

- Manage and coordinate the look out with the Sheriff's Department
