3. No Guarantee of Results

Important: We cannot guarantee specific results. The removal of negative items from credit reports depends on many factors, including the nature of the items, the response from credit bureaus and creditors, and applicable laws. Results vary by individual.

4. Client Responsibilities

We may share your personal information with third parties in the following circumstances:

Provide accurate and complete information
Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
Review all correspondence we send on your behalf
Notify us of any changes to your contact information
Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Payment is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at enrollment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered
Late payments may result in service interruption
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with advance notice

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancel this contract within 3 business days without penalty
Sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Way Credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of One Way Credit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
