1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all training services, online courses, workshops, consultations, and related offerings provided by the International Academy for Digitalization and Management (IADM), operated by Gesellschaft für Education Management e.V., a registered non-profit association in Germany.
By enrolling in a course, purchasing a training service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Course Delivery
IADM delivers programs:
online (remote, live via Zoom)
on-site / in-person (in Germany, UK, EU, Middle East, or partner locations)
IADM reserves the right to adjust course schedules, instructors, or delivery formats where necessary.
5. Fees & Payment
Payment is due in full upon registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are made to the German legal entity (Gesellschaft für Education Management e.V.).
Invoices are issued in EUR or GBP depending on the client location.
6. Certification
Certificates are issued after full participation and fulfillment of course requirements.
IADM may refuse certification for incomplete attendance or misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, slides, recordings, and documentation are protected under copyright.
Reproduction, sharing, or publication without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
IADM is not liable for:
technical disruptions on the participant’s side
indirect or consequential damages
decisions made by participants based on course content
IADM’s liability is limited to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.

1. General Principles
Due to the nature of digital and live educational services, IADM follows transparent and fair cancellation rules.
2. Participant Cancellations (B2C & B2B)
More than 14 days before course start:
100% refund
8–14 days before course start:
50% refund
7 days or fewer before course start:
No refund
After course has started:
No refund
3. Transfers to Another Date
Participants may request rescheduling once, free of charge, up to 7 days before the course starts.
4. No-Shows
Absence without prior notice counts as participation.
No refunds are granted.
5. Cancellations by IADM
If IADM must cancel or reschedule:
participants may choose a new date OR
request a full refund
IADM is not liable for travel, accommodation, or indirect costs.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, for digital live courses, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully delivered or once you explicitly agree that delivery begins during the withdrawal period.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of purchase.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw before the course begins, we will refund all payments received.
If the course has already started upon your request, you must pay a proportionate amount for the services already delivered.
Widerrufsrecht
Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
Bei digitalen Live-Schulungen erlischt das Widerrufsrecht, sobald der Kurs vollständig erbracht wurde oder wenn Sie ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben, dass die Dienstleistung während der Widerrufsfrist beginnt.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag des Kaufs.

Bei Widerruf vor Kursbeginn erstatten wir alle Zahlungen vollständig zurück.
Hat der Kurs bereits begonnen, tragen Sie die Kosten für den bereits erbrachten Teil.
