Legal documents MUST be kept up to date in order for them to function appropriately. Every year, the Federal Government, as well as every state makes changes in tax laws, inheritance laws, laws and regulations concerning our health care, as well as probate laws.
Your family's legal documents must adapt to changes and evolve as your family does in order to offer the protection you intended with your trust when you first prepared it, whether that was a few months or a few years ago. Our Trust Amendment Packages provide an affordable solution for the inevitable changes that happen throughout our lives.
We have three levels to choose from. Our level three unlimited package accounts for the big changes and allows for a complete restatement to be prepared when necessary. Our level one and two packages are better for small adjustments to your estate planning documents.
No matter the package you choose, we will update amendment package clients' Durable and Health Care Power of Attorney documents on an annual basis to ensure your health care and financial documents are always up-to-date.
Please feel free to reach out to us or your financial planner with any other questions you might have regarding these amendment packages. Below are further explanations of each package and what it provides, as well as, a link to a payment choice.
These packages are only available to clients with current trusts that have been drafted by H&H Tax and Business Advisors, if you would like to create a trust with us please
