Meet Pastor Neal Graham
Pastor Neal Graham is the Founder of EVOS Men’s Ministry and Co-Founder and Pastor of Kingdom Impact Ministries (KIMI), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to equipping and empowering believers to walk confidently in their God-given identity, purpose, and Kingdom assignment.
A visionary leader with a deep passion for discipleship, Pastor Neal carries a clear mandate to see lives transformed through the power of the Gospel, the Word of God, and the ministry of the Holy Spirit. His heart is to raise up men and women who are spiritually mature, boldly obedient, and fully aligned with the call of God on their lives.
Pastor Neal is the author of Beyond Mediocrity, a powerful prophetic devotional that challenges believers to rise above spiritual complacency and step into the fullness of their divine calling. Through his writing, teaching, and leadership, he consistently calls people higher—toward excellence, intimacy with God, and Kingdom impact.
As a Leadership Conference & Motivational Speaker, personal development coach, and spiritual mentor, Pastor Neal is widely respected for his practical, prophetic, and revelatory teaching style. His messages lead believers into deeper encounters with the Holy Spirit, igniting faith, hope, divine wisdom, and actionable insight for victorious living. He is also the Host of The King’s Men Podcast, where he engages in honest conversations around biblical manhood, leadership, mental health, and Kingdom living.
In addition to his ministry work, Pastor Neal is the Founder of Neal Graham LLC, where he serves as a Master Builders Professional and Success Coach, helping leaders and individuals build strong foundations in life, leadership, and purpose.

Pastor Neal has been married for 35 years to his wife Judy Graham, a native of Nassau, Bahamas. Together, they are proud parents of two children:

Revealing the wealth of the Kingdom and raising Kingdom financiers who partner with ministries to fund God’s end-time agenda.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to carry out the Great Commission by making disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19) and replicating the fullness of God’s life on earth through transformed believers who live according to Kingdom principles.
