I chose Horizon Roofing over other highly rated competitors solely because Frank explained why flat roofs typically fail at around ten years old. He explained that the perimeter where the drip edge flashing is needs to be installed and prepped in a manner that allows for expansion and contraction between itself and the subsequent roofing layers that are applied. Although only time will tell, it gives me piece of mind that I should expect perhaps a few more years of service from this professionally installed roof. The job site was left in a neat and clean condition.

Made a call to Horizon Roofing finding a roof leak after it rained. Frank answered the phone and promptly came out to check and inspect the entire roof. Finding a broken tile that had slid almost all the way out, exposing the underlayment which had been damaged allowing water to enter our home. Frank made recommendations for the repair and gave me a fair quote. He showed up on time and performed the repair and also sealed all the roof vents, giving me a 3 year warrantee on all his work and I could not be more pleased. Had a leak that multiple roofers looked at, but were unable to repair. The fix was quick and neat within the timeframe he stated. The quality of the fix was tested during heavy rains this last winter. Not a drop got thru. I have great experience with Frank. I really needed to fix a leak on the tile roof quick around chimney and I asked few roofers for estimate. Not only Frank replied quickly and visited to my house to give me an excellent written quote next day, but also he was able to start it few days later. He removed more tiles than he need to ensure to find another possible spot and he repaired it. I was satisfied his work and he and his team were fantastic.
