Isayah has underwritten several leveraged buy-outs of +$500M companies as an associate at Bain & Co. and manages 3x equity funds with a combined portfolio value of $3.4M. Io is a licensed California Commercial Building Inspector with over 18 years of experience in construction. Throughout Io’s career in California construction, they oversaw 37 major construction, expansion, and repair projects and counting. Io’s major construction experience spans medical facilities, commercial, and multifamily housing. Simply put, no project is too large or too complicated for Io to expertly manage on time and under budget. Io serves as the onsite project manager and works most closely with contractors and development partners.
