What if we created a different story around disappointment, heartbreak, and pain?

One of profound liberation and a new sense of loving ourselves more than we had before.

Feeling the depths of the ache allows for truths to surface, maybe ones that haven’t been felt in a while.

The breaking down allows for us to be rebuilt again, but only If we lean in and surrender instead of resisting the process.

Coming out on the other side stronger than before.

These last couple of months have felt intense in many ways.

I have been asking the hard questions as to what I truly desire.

Who am I when the external noise isn't so loud?

What do I really want to create?

Then making moves in that direction with a new sense of power and determination.

Setting a new purpose in motion.

Deeply knowing that you can both hold pain and pleasure in the same hand.

Maybe somehow being able to move forward respecting the full essence of the human process, not allowing it to hold you back but instead launch you forward.

Trusting that this is all a portal.

It's all an opening for a greater level of expansion. Being able to hold more than you had before.

Can we meet ourselves here?

Allowing the softness to bring a new level of strength?

Maybe in the end the breaking is actually leading to a beautiful opening…
