I built Graytness Collective because I needed it — and I knew I was not alone.

I spent years helping health, fitness, and wellness businesses grow through marketing. I was good at it. But somewhere along the way I realized I was helping everyone else live the life I was talking about while I quietly stopped living my own.

I hid behind my work. I hid behind my weight. Menopause came in and rearranged everything, and I let it. And one day I looked up and thought — this is not who I am. This is not the second half of life I signed up for.

So I went all in. On my health. On my joy. On building something real for the generation that the world keeps underestimating.

Graytness Collective is not just about the gray hair — although we love that too. It is about the intentionality. The decision to stop coasting and start living. The choice to find your village and build something worth showing up for.
