I’m Helen Park—a serial entrepreneur, mom of two courageous girls, and people strategist with over 25 years of experience transforming leadership and shaping organizations from the inside out. As the CEO of uXTalent, now reimagined as The Experience Firm, I help visionary leaders and founders align their leadership and brand to build thriving organizations where people and profits grow together.

But let me tell you, my journey hasn’t been a straight line.

I started out as a troubled youth, making choices that nearly derailed my future. It took a life-changing wake-up call to realize I was meant for something bigger. I began my career in talent acquisition, helping global companies hire and retain top performers. Along the way, I led Digital Insight to triple its market capitalization, culminating in its $1.4 billion acquisition by Intuit. At Green Dot Corporation, I helped drive a 50% increase in employee growth and a $2 billion IPO. Yet, through all these milestones, one truth became crystal clear: the leadership landscape is tired and outdated.

As I look to the future, not only for my own daughters but for the next generation, I feel a deep responsibility to be a changemaker. I’m on a mission to disrupt the tired frameworks of leadership development and create transformational leaders who leave lasting legacies.

This mission is why I launched the uXTalent Foundation. I’m passionate about helping youth—especially those who’ve faced adversity—become world-class leaders. Through mentorship programs, leadership camps, and opportunities to learn the skills I wish I had at their age, the foundation equips the next generation to thrive with boldness, confidence, and integrity.

At uXTalent, I integrate nunchi—the Korean art of sensing what others need and feel—into leadership coaching, team dynamics, and organizational strategy. My approach is rooted in creating cultures where connection fuels unstoppable growth and people feel seen, valued, and empowered.
