Matthew Napoli
Matt is the founder of property investment company WalterFrank Properties Limited specialising in HMO properties nationwide.
Matt has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry. He is a qualified property solicitor with an expert knowledge of landlord and tenant matters in the leisure, retail, office and industrial sectors having worked for clients such as Costa Coffee, David Lloyd Leisure and the Co-op.

Mark Poole
Mark has over 20 years experience as a private property investor and landlord, with expertise in let-to-buy strategies, buy-to-sell deals, direct-to-vendor marketing, creative solutions, outsourcing and using partnerships, private finance and joint ventures to grow.
Graduating with a Ph.D. in mathematics, Mark has also worked as a consultant to the financial services sector, primarily for the investment banking and wealth management industries.

David Liddle

David is qualified both as a financial advisor and as a coach, and provides holistic financial planning and advice to individuals, families and small business owners.
