STEP 1 - INITIAL MEETING

The journey begins with understanding your vision for the perfect space. Share your plans, ideas, photos, or sketches, and we’ll bring them to life. Our mission is to create a home that surpasses expectations, merging art and function seamlessly.

STEP 2 - YOUR HOMESITE

Whether you already have a lot or need assistance finding the perfect one, we’re here to guide you. We’ll evaluate all the key factors to help you make the best choice and provide support through every step.

STEP 3 - ESTIMATE AND PROCESS REVIEW

Our team meets with you to review a detailed estimate, set expectations, and walk you through the entire process. This meeting fosters transparency and ensures you have a clear understanding before moving forward.

STEP 4 - PRE CONSTRUCTION

WWe start with verifying that the plans created by the designer, architect, and engineer are fully aligned with your vision. We meticulously review these plans to ensure consistency across all disciplines, preventing any discrepancies that could affect the build process.

STEP 5 - CONSTRUCTION

Your vision begins to take shape as we collaborate with trades and conduct regular site visits. You'll receive weekly updates on progress, key milestones, and any necessary adjustments. Draw schedules will be clearly defined, ensuring transparency and alignment as we move forward together, keeping you informed and involved every step of the way

STEP 6 - WELCOME HOME

Before you move in, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets our quality standards. We’ll provide a home packet with essential info on maintenance, warranty coverage, and contacts—ensuring you feel confident and prepared as you settle in.
