By accessing the Vite Paint website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Estimates and Inspections

All initial quotes provided through our online survey are preliminary estimates. A final, binding quote will only be established after a thorough exterior inspection by a Vite Paint professional to identify any surface issues such as wood rot or moisture traps.

2. SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive communications from Vite Paint, you agree to the following:

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project’s status.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by texting "STOP" to the number we contacted you from. After you send "STOP," we’ll send a confirmation message.

Support: If you need help, simply reply with "HELP" for further assistance.

3. The Vite Paint "Zero Risk" Payment Policy

No Deposit: Vite Paint does not require any upfront deposits or progress payments.

Payment Upon Satisfaction: Full payment is due only after the project is completed and a final quality walkthrough has been conducted with the homeowner.

Approval: By providing payment, the client confirms they have inspected, approved, and are satisfied with the final results.

4. Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Our services come with a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.

Coverage: If the paint job fails due to application errors (such as peeling or cracking), Vite Paint will return to fix the affected area at no additional cost.

Color Protection: We offer a 10-year color protection guarantee against excessive fading, provided that premium Sherwin-Williams coatings were used as specified.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by structural movement, extreme weather events (acts of God), or physical damage to the surface after completion.

5. Property Protection

Vite Paint agrees to protect the client’s property, including landscaping, windows, and non-painted surfaces. The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property, including water and electricity if required for power washing or tool operation.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the district of GTA.
