Return and Refund Policy
At Helios Conultants, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Consultation fees, digital products, subscriptions, memberships, diet plans, training plans, one time services, customized services, coaching sessions, event registrations, and anything associated with the purchase or use of our services, as well as any other non-tangible, irrevocable goods or services provided by Helios Consultants, LLC.
Exceptions
While our general policy is not to offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. In such cases, we may consider offering partial or full refunds at our sole discretion.
Exceptions may include:

2. Significant service issues preventing completion
Cancellations
1. Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, you must do so at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period may be eligible for a rescheduled service. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellations: Subscription services can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the remaining period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
