TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user” or “you”), and Bravio Media ApS (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Bravio Media website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Sites”). The Sites provide digital marketing services (“Company Services”).

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Sites from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Company makes no representation that the Sites are appropriate or available in other locations outside Denmark. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) are not permitted to register for the Sites or use the Company Services.

YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT BY ACKNOWLEDGING SUCH ACCEPTANCE DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE) AND ALSO BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SITES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE COMPANY SERVICES OR THE SITES.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using Bravio Media Services, you represent and warrant that:

A. All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

B. You will maintain the accuracy of such information.

C. You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

D. Your use of the Company Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

CONTRIBUTIONS

By posting content on any part of the Sites, or making them accessible to the Sites by linking your account to any of your social network accounts, you automatically grant to Bravio Media an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Sites for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activity includes:

A. Attempting to impersonate another user.

B. Engaging in criminal or tortious activity.

C. Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any Company employees.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content on the Sites, including text, software, photographs, graphics, etc., is owned by or licensed to Bravio Media and is protected by copyright laws.

DISCLAIMER

Bravio Media disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content or the services provided. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Sites or from reliance on our services. This includes, but is not limited to, errors or omissions in any content or for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using our services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Bravio Media, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Sites or Company Services, including, but not limited to, any lost profits, loss of data, or other damages.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Bravio Media harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Sites or violation of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Denmark, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Denmark for any legal proceedings arising out of this Agreement.
