All registrations and payments for events operated by 5 Star Prospects, LLC, 5 Star Prospects, Inc, and/or Five Star Prospects, Inc are final. By registering for an event, participants, parents/guardians, coaches, and teams acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, athlete availability, injury, illness, travel issues, weather delays, team withdrawal, or failure to attend.

If 5 Star Prospects, LLC, 5 Star Prospects, Inc, and/or Five Star Prospects, Inc cancels an entire event, or if a specific age group/division is cancelled by the event operator due to low registration numbers or operational needs, a partial refund will be issued. The refund amount will be the original registration payment minus any non-refundable Stripe/payment processing fees.

Stripe and other third-party processing fees are not controlled by 5 Star Prospects, LLC, 5 Star Prospects, Inc, or Five Star Prospects, Inc and are non-refundable.

5 Star Prospects, LLC, 5 Star Prospects, Inc, and/or Five Star Prospects, Inc reserve the right to modify schedules, combine divisions, adjust formats, change locations, or reschedule games/events when necessary. These changes do not qualify for a refund.

By completing registration and submitting payment in any of our pages, forms, payments, etc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
