These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the PortalCura software, services, templates, and support provided by TeraLuna Ventures LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing or using any of our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to the following:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PortalCura software and related digital assets for your own business operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or replicate the software without our written approval.

2. Service Description

PortalCura provides white-label portal setup, templates, and software solutions for home care businesses. Specific deliverables depend on your selected package (Standard, Pro, or Elite).

3. Setup Timeline

Portal setups begin within 1–2 business days after your onboarding form is submitted and payment is received in full. Setup time varies depending on the complexity of your package.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Submit accurate onboarding information.

Use the software only for legal, ethical business purposes.

Avoid uploading or transmitting harmful code or data.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All software, templates, branding elements, and systems provided remain the intellectual property of TeraLuna Ventures LLC. You may use your licensed portal, but you may not reverse engineer, copy, or sell our templates or backend code.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due upfront. We do not offer refunds for digital or customized services once setup has begun. If you need to change your package, email us within 24 hours of purchase.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your portal if:

You violate these terms.

Your payment fails or is reversed.

You use the software inappropriately or for illegal activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our platform. Your sole remedy is limited to the services explicitly stated in your package.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant updates.
