Welcome to M&M Custom Design. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

M&M Custom Design specializes in creating custom-made furniture for residential and commercial spaces. Each product is handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance, size, or finish due to the nature of custom work.

All designs, sketches, and specifications are the property of M&M Custom Design unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

3. Orders and Payments

A deposit (typically 50%) is required to start production on custom orders.

The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery of the furniture.

Payments must be made through accepted payment methods listed on our invoices or website.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes may not be possible after production has begun.

4. Custom Design Process

All custom designs are made based on client specifications. We will provide drawings or digital previews when applicable for client approval before starting production.
The client is responsible for verifying measurements, colors, and design details before confirming the order.

M&M Custom Design is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on project complexity and schedule.

Delivery or pickup dates are estimates and may change due to supply chain delays or unforeseen events.

Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Once the furniture leaves our workshop, M&M Custom Design is not responsible for damages caused during transportation by third-party carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or significantly different from the approved design.
Any claim must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

7. Warranty

M&M Custom Design offers a limited one-year warranty on craftsmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

Modifications made by the client or third parties

Environmental damage (e.g., humidity, sunlight, water exposure)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, designs, and logos — is the property of M&M Custom Design and protected by copyright law.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

M&M Custom Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of Florida.
