Welcome to Wild West Bowling. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, expectations and responsibilities that apply when using our website, booking with us, or visiting our venue. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. General Information
Wild West Bowling is located at 3 Chester Pass Road, Albany WA. We provide entertainment services including ten pin bowling, arcade games, simulators, café and bar services, private events and function bookings.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of the website.
2. Website Use
By accessing our website, you agree to:
Use the site for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to damage, disrupt or misuse the website or its functionality
Not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission
Not use the website to make fraudulent or speculative bookings
We may modify or update the website at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may change at any time without notice, however confirmed bookings retain the price quoted at checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed on our website at the time of booking.
Payment is required at the time of booking for online reservations unless otherwise arranged.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
4.1 Bowling Bookings
Lane hire is available for up to 6 people per lane.
Bookings are confirmed only when payment is received.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your start time to ensure maximum play.
Late arrivals may result in shorter play time with no refund.
4.2 Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking time may be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged in full.
Wild West Bowling reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational issues, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
5. Events and Function Bookings
This includes:
Birthday parties
Corporate events
Christmas parties
Hens and bucks nights
School events
Sports wind ups
Full venue hire
5.1 Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure event bookings. This will be outlined during the booking process.
5.2 Final Numbers
Final guest numbers must be provided no later than 7 days prior to the event. Charges will be based on final numbers provided.
5.3 Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of the event date.
Events cancelled within 7 days are charged in full.
5.4 Responsible Service of Alcohol
Wild West Bowling is a licensed venue and follows Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
6. Safety and Behaviour
To ensure the safety of all guests:
Children must be supervised at all times.
Appropriate footwear must be worn while bowling.
Guests must follow instructions from staff regarding lane safety, arcade games, simulators and equipment.
Reckless behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Wild West Bowling accepts no responsibility for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
7. Simulators, Arcade Games and Equipment Use
Some games may have height, age or health restrictions
Guests participate at their own risk.
Any damage caused by negligent or intentional misuse will be charged to the responsible party.
8. Country Sundays, Themed Events and Special Activities
Participation in activities such as boot scooting classes or the bucking bull is voluntary and at your own risk.
Wild West Bowling accepts no liability for injuries resulting from participation in these activities.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Vouchers must be used before the expiry date listed.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
10. Photography and Media
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform staff before taking part in activities.
11. Right to Refuse Entry
Wild West Bowling reserves the right to refuse entry or service to:
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Guests behaving inappropriately or aggressively
Individuals who fail to follow staff instructions
Anyone posing a risk to themselves or others
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
Wild West Bowling is not liable for loss, injury, damage or theft of personal belongings.
Guests use the venue, equipment and activities at their own risk.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, branding, text, graphics, and images is the property of Wild West Bowling or its licensors.
You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.
14. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or making a booking, you consent to this collection and use.

15. Changes to Terms
Wild West Bowling may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

Had our work Christmas do there last night. Fantastic from start to finish. Awesome venue with a great fun vibe. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back for such a fun and easy night.
I threw my son's 6th birthday party here and we will definitely be coming back each year. There was no cost to hire the area for the party and there was plenty of room to accommodate the 30+ children and adults.
Great place for all ages, love the theme. This place is totally awesome! We had such great family time with even our 3yr old able to join in using the ramp. Nice family atmosphere.
We are currently travelling Aus, and had heard about Wild West bowling through Fb and decided to visit while we were in Albany. Definitely a top spot! Great atmosphere and vibe.
Ive never played with the pins on strings like puppets but I enjoyed it. The games and simulators are awesome. Staff are awesome too really friendly and always smiling.
Great atmosphere with clean & spacious layout, not many staff so a bit of a wait on food which came out nice and hot & well seasoned. Could do with some sauces.
