We recommend scheduling ahead of time, but same-day appointments may be available based on provider availability. Please call us to confirm.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, we are closed for Lunch: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.

What conditions do you treat in your pain management program?

We help patients manage chronic pain, neuropathy, joint pain, and other conditions with a combination of physical therapy, spinal cord simulator trials, and durable medical equipment (DME).

What services do you provide?

We offer a full range of care, including: Primary Care (checkups, diabetes care, preventive health); Pain Management (spinal cord simulator trials, DME bracing, chronic pain treatment); Mental Health Counseling (therapy for anxiety, trauma, addiction & more); IV Therapy (NAD+, amino acids, energy boosts, hydration)
