Cancelation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Cancelation and Refund Policy of the Generations of Wealth Voyage and REI Circle of Trust annual cruise and conference.
Cruise Ship Cancelation & Refund Policy:
The cruise line that each voyage is booked with, will have its own policy regarding cancelations, refunds and fees. Neither the Generations of Wealth Voyage nor the REI Circle of Trust have any say, influence or control over their policies. Please make sure to read and understand their policy. Depending on when you cancel, your refund could range anywhere from receiving 100% of your funds back to them only issuing you a credit for a future cruise to them not refunding anything. If you decide to cancel the cruise portion of your trip, it will be best to deal directly with our travel agent for this part. Seminars, Conferences & Other Events:
Life happens. If you need to cancel, refunds are subject to the following cancellation fees: if you cancel 60 days or more prior to the seminar, conference or event, $50.00 per person; if you cancel 60 days or less prior to the seminar, conference or event, NO REFUNDS; however, we will carry your fee forward to another seminar, conference or event in the future. However, if the seminar, conference or event is cancelled by Generations of Wealth Voyage, REI Circle of Trust or the venue, we will issue a 100% refund.
