Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MO's Mobile Detailing ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Overview

MO's Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services as described on our website, landing pages, and marketing materials. These services include quotes and estimates, appointment scheduling, interior and exterior detailing, customer support, and related auto detailing services.

$199 Full Detail Special

Our $199 Special includes the following services:

Deep cleaning of all interior plastics and surfaces

Cleaning of all weather mats and/or carpeted mats

Light stain removal

Light odor removal

Full vacuuming of carpets and seats

Wipe down and cleaning of leather or cloth seats

Exterior hand wash

Spray wax application

Wheel cleaning

Tire shine application

Not Included in the $199 Special:

Heavy stain extraction

Excessive pet hair removal

Shampoo extraction services

Mold, biohazard, or bodily fluid cleanup

Deep odor removal

Paint correction or polishing

Engine bay cleaning

Trunk cleaning unless requested

Additional Charges

Pricing may increase depending on vehicle condition. Additional charges may apply for:

Excessive pet hair

Deep stains

Excessive dirt, mud, or sand

Excessive trash or neglected interiors

Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before service begins whenever possible.

Service Requirements

To complete your appointment, the following are required unless discussed beforehand:

Access to a working water hose

Access to a working electrical outlet

Please remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. MO's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

Additional Service Information

Trunk detailing is only included upon request.

Appointment length may vary depending on vehicle condition.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if vehicle conditions are unsafe or beyond the agreed package scope.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Use of Website and Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Permitted Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Provide false or misleading information

Impersonate any person or entity

Interfere with or disrupt our services

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

Quotes, Estimates, and Transactions

Non-Binding Estimates

Any initial quotes, estimates, or offers provided by MO's Mobile Detailing are preliminary and based on the information you provide. These are subject to final verification and mutual agreement once we assess the vehicle in person.

Service Verification

We reserve the right to verify information and assess the vehicle's condition before finalizing any agreement. Final pricing or service terms may be adjusted based on actual vehicle condition or scope of work discovered during this verification process.

No Obligation

You are under no obligation to accept any quote or proposal we provide. All transactions are voluntary and require mutual agreement.

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide accurate and timely service, we make no guarantees regarding:

Specific service outcomes on vehicles with pre-existing damage or excessive wear

Complete removal of stains, odors, or damage beyond the scope of the selected package

Timelines for service completion

Uninterrupted access to our website or services

As-Is Service

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MO's Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MO's Mobile Detailing or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

User Information and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

A2P Messaging Compliance

MO's Mobile Detailing complies with all applicable A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier-specific requirements for 2026 and beyond.

Consent Requirements

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent boxes on our forms, you provide your express written consent to receive text messages from MO's Mobile Detailing at the number provided. Your consent is specific to the message types you select:

Transactional Messages: Non-promotional messages including appointment reminders, confirmations, service updates, and customer support communications

Marketing Messages: Promotional content, special offers, and marketing communications (optional and separate from transactional consent)

Important: Providing your phone number alone does NOT constitute consent. Consent must be explicitly granted through the checkboxes on our forms. Marketing consent is entirely optional and is not required to use our services or book a detailing appointment.

Message Types and Content

Messages from MO's Mobile Detailing will clearly identify the sender and include the following types of content:

Quotes, estimates, and booking updates

Appointment reminders and confirmations

Service status updates

Customer service and support messages

Marketing promotions (only if you opted in)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services:

Transactional messages: Variable frequency based on your active appointments (typically 2-10 messages per booking)

Marketing messages: Up to 4 messages per month (only if you opted in)

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier for receiving text messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other participating carriers. Carrier coverage and message delivery are not guaranteed.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

Replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message

Emailing us with your opt-out request

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may continue to receive messages briefly as messages already in transit are delivered. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional messages related to active appointments.

We do not guarantee that:

Messages will be delivered without delay

Messages will be delivered at all

Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Messages will be compatible with all mobile devices

SMS services are provided "as is" and we are not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery that are beyond our reasonable control, including carrier-related issues.

Compliance Updates

We continuously monitor and update our SMS practices to ensure compliance with evolving A2P regulations, carrier requirements, and industry best practices. These terms may be updated to reflect regulatory changes.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors and software providers. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MO's Mobile Detailing, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MO's Mobile Detailing regarding the use of our services.
