I contacted Simon on October 25 as I needed a shower repair. He asked me to send him a photo of the valve and he quoted me a price for the repair. Came out the next day. Communication was good, and Simon was timely. He suggested a better quality part, which would last longer. The price for the work was higher than average for the task but he was transparent about it. I would recommend Simon for your plumbing needs.

Simon replaced a hard to find valve on our shower which had been causing us issues for quite some time. He was quick in identifying the issue and was able to track down the parts which I had been able to do. He did the repair work quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He’s reliable and showed up when he said he would. He was also very good and cleaned up really well after he was done. Would definitely recommend Simon for any plumbing needs.

Simon came out to our house to inspect a potential big $$$$ water leak. He was honest, kind and professional upon meeting him. He and his staff diligently inspected and found there was no leak and recommended a bib lock to remedy the water usage issue. Simon's integrity is what sets him above the rest. I was looking at a potential $2700 repair bill and now only had to buy a $15 part. Simon will our plumber to call going forward!

If I could leave a 10 star I would. Look at all his other reviews too and you can TRUST that this plumber is the real deal. I had a major leak in my front yard that was pouring down the street. It was a Friday night and I was told by the city that it was leaking a quart per minute and had been for some time. I was panicked. Simon answered and could hear my desperation. He hadn't even been home yet and agreed to come help. He didn't even leave a mess! He is beyond professional, kind, hard working and above all honest. And, looking into others ...the most fairly, well priced. I called him my plumbing angel 😇. I won't use anyone else. Hugs and huge thanks, Simon !!

I called Simon while trying to install a replacement toilet. Found the toilet flange broken and corroded. I had never replaced a flange before and thought I needed a pro. Simon came out on Black Friday morning..looked it over…googled Home Depot for the part and told me it’s an easy fix I could do it myself. Long story short I bought the part and installed the toilet without a problem. Thank you very much…PS no charge for the service call to tell me how to do it. I’ll definitely call again if I need a pro plumber.

I knew Simon before he opened his own business and was so glad to hear he has his own plumbing business now. It is nice to have someone whose expertise I trust. Wow - excellent service. Simon was able to get to my house 30 mins after I called in with an emergency plumbing leak. He was calm and collected and walked me through the quote and his approach over the phone. Highly recommend as a trusted plumber. I'll certainly keep him in mind for future plumbing projects.
