1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching services provided throughLiving in Blissare educational, experiential, and reflective in nature. Coaching focuses on personal growth, self-awareness, balance between body, mind, and spirit, and aligned life design.

Coaching isnot therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, or mental health care.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing coaching services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Coaching Packages

Available packages include:

Single Session
3-Session Package
6-Session Package

Each session is conducted one-on-one, by appointment, and delivered virtually unless otherwise specified.

Sessions must be used within the timeframe communicated at purchase.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Prices are clearly stated prior to checkout.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Missed sessions without notice are considered used.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of coaching:

Single sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
Multi-session packages are non-refundable after the first session is completed.

Unused sessions within a package may not be transferred or resold.

7. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. You are responsible for:

Your participation and engagement
Your decisions, actions, and outcomes
Applying insights and practices discussed during sessions

Results vary based on individual commitment and circumstances.

8. No Guarantees

Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. Growth, insight, and transformation depend on individual effort, readiness, and integration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,Living in Blissand its coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from coaching participation.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and methodologies shared during coaching sessions are the intellectual property ofLiving in Blissand may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercialized without written permission.

11. Termination

Either party may discontinue coaching at any time. Outstanding session terms and refund policies remain in effect.

12. Governing Law
