Officially certified Muay Thai trainers and licensed trainers and champions/fighters in all three. All three are available in private lessons and we also offer a classes in Muay Thai every Wednesday and Sunday.
We have a great padwork class every Sunday and an amazing cardio kickboxing class that is good for every person (fighter or not).
