THE FOUNDER
Ryan Duff
Ryan spent 15 years on the debt side of multifamily real estate - structuring, underwriting, and closing hundreds of transactions across institutional lenders and advisory firms. That experience gave him rare visibility into how deals are actually built, where risk hides, and what separates strong operators from average ones.

Today, Ryan leads every aspect of C-Port's investment process - from sourcing and underwriting to operator selection and investor relations. Every investor has direct access to the founder.
