Welcome to makelightinggreatagain.co by State Lighting Co., Inc. If you wish to purchase from our online selection, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. State Lighting Co. reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.

Returns

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • We accept Returnable Products within 30 days of receipt if they are in original packaging, including all materials and accessories. Items must be suitable for sale. Refunds (less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee) will be issued after inspection via the original payment method.

  • Merchandise that has been installed, altered, or damaged in any way does not qualify for a return or refund.

  • To return a product, request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to returning. Products without a valid RGA will be refused. Contact: [email protected]. Items must be received within 10 days of RGA issuance.

  • Merchandise must be returned at customer’s expense.

  • The following do not qualify for returns or refunds:

    Customized products, large orders (10+ of the same item)

    Orders over $2000.00

    Customer Quotes
    Light bulbs

    Lampshades
    Discount or clearance products (except for damaged or defective shipments)

  • Pack returned products properly. We recommend shipping insurance. Damaged products received will not be refunded. Contact the shipping company for claims. We will hold damaged products for 45 days before disposal.

Sales Tax

Any taxes assessed or due shall be the buyer’s responsibility.

Privacy Policy

State Lighting and our suppliers are committed to protecting your privacy. Your information will not be sold or shared outside our suppliers for shipping purposes. Phone numbers may be used to resolve order issues. Contact us for questions or concerns.

Acceptance of Order

Acceptance is subject to credit approval. Failure to comply with terms or unsatisfactory credit may result in order termination without liability to seller.

Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies

We strive for accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds for unshipped items. We are not responsible for color discrepancies due to monitor settings.

Warranties

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Contact [email protected] for warranty claims. We are not liable for installation fees.

Defective Products

Report defective items within 14 days of receipt. Do not return without an RGA. Replacement products will be shipped at our expense after inspection.

Shipping Damage

Refuse delivery for damaged packaging or note damage on the proof of delivery. Contact us and the carrier immediately. Broken glass or dented shades are replaced at no charge.

Delivery

Orders typically take 2-3 weeks. Backorders and delays may occur. Incorrect shipping information will incur additional charges. We are not responsible for delivery delays. Factory shipment dates are estimates. Seller is not liable for consequential damages from delays.

Minimum Billing & Delayed Delivery

Special order items or breaking standard packs may be refused per manufacturer terms.

Special Order Items

Special order items may incur extra freight charges, fees, and longer lead times.
