His focus is working with out-of-state buyers, particularly those moving from higher-cost markets like New Jersey, New York, California, Florida, and Washington DC who are looking for more space, stronger value, and a better quality of life.

Swetal understands this journey personally. As someone who moved to the United States and built a life in the Triad, he knows what it feels like to leave the familiar behind and start fresh in a new place. That experience shapes the way he serves his clients today.
