WE WILL TEXT YOU STATUS UPDATES TO KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP (when your garments arrive, when your job is on press, when your job is boxed and counted, any issues that might arise).
Please use a unique signifier for your project name. This will be used for any reorders. To prevent any confusion - DO NOT use a project name that is generic.

Page 1 if you are a tax-exempt business or re-seller and will be collecting sales tax yourself.
Page 2 if you are a tax-exempt non-profit or government agency.
Please make sure to sign and date either page 1 or 2!
We offer design services for an art fee of $50/hr with a minimum of 2 hours. You will receive up to three edits within that fee, but if you need more changes made, the hourly charge will kick back in. Please give a detailed description of what you would like us to create for you. Disregard this section if you are providing your own artwork.

You may submit up to 5 files. We prefer vector files with fonts outlined, or the highest resolution images you have.
