All SGGS students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend.
External yoga sessions are held twice a month — on the 2nd and 4th Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
Only 50 students are allowed per session on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email. If slots are full, you may be waitlisted for the next session.
Yes! Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.
Please inform the gym team early so another student from the waitlist can take your spot.
