Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit (depending on stock availability and what you prefer). Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the item and packaging (if damaged)

We will reply with next steps and, if needed, return instructions.

Returns (when approved)

If a return is approved, the item must be:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging where possible

Return shipping costs are:

Covered by us for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Otherwise outlined in our return instructions (if applicable)

Refund timeframes

Once your return is received and inspected (or once the issue is confirmed via photos), refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale items

Refunds are not offered for change of mind on sale items.
