A quiet oasis in the heart of Redmond, our location offers convenient access to the surrounding area’s attractions and amenities. We are just a half-hour from both Seattle and SeaTac International Airport, so you and your guests can spend less time traveling and more time celebrating.

How many people can your venue accommodate?

We can host up to 140 guests with on-site parking for up to 80 cars, but we recommend no more than 120 guests during the off-peak season’s rainy months.

Can we have our rehearsal dinner or a morning-after brunch?

Yes! We offer you the entire weekend to celebrate as you see fit. You may arrive as early as 11am on Friday with a leisurely 11am Sunday departure.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Of course! We have two on-site bars to station your licensed bartenders. You must obtain a Banquet Permit, as all state and federal laws concerning consumption of alcohol apply.

Do you provide heaters and/or umbrellas for the outdoor spaces?

Our open patio features a number of tables with umbrellas, and you have access to our 10X10 and 10X20 tent. We also provide five standing outdoor heaters.

Are tables, linens, chairs, etc. provided?

Linens, glassware and tableware are not included. We provide 12 farmhouse banquet tables, two sweetheart chairs, 140 indoor ceremony chairs, and 140 outdoor folding chairs. 

How many restrooms are there?

We have two centrally located outdoor restrooms for your guests, as well as a private restroom in our Trillium Cottage.

What are your 2025 packages?

We offer a Three Day Venue Access

Are there changing areas for the bride, groom, and/or wedding party?

Yes! You will have access to the Windmill Barn and its ground-floor lounge and second-floor Bridal Suite. Our wedding package also includes Trillium Cottage, our spacious retreat that is home to the Groom’s Quarters.

Can I hire my own vendors?

We are pleased to welcome any licensed vendor with whom you wish to partner. Our Grand Barn has a full-size indoor prep kitchen, we have two designated areas for food trucks, and you have the option to bring your own food.

Are we able to bring our own decorations?

Absolutely. We just require final approval on your ideas since our buildings are more than 100 years old!

Do you offer on-site coordination?

Two attendants will be available, one to assist with parking and one facilities supervisor. The facilities supervisor will be on hand to provide assistance as needed, including day-of chair and table placement. We require you to hire a day coordinator for your event.
